Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling Tour Enquires for Domestic Market like : Andaman & Nicobar , North East , Chardham , Himachal Pradesh.
• Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
• Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
• Handling domestic bookings & documentation.
• Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
• Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
• Domestic / International Destination Knowledge needed.
• Should have experience in travel company.
• Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls and taking regular follow up.
• Self-motivated, resourceful
• Should be a quick learner.
• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
